If you ever find yourself in Dunsmuir, California you need to check out Mossbrae Falls. It is not that easy to find, and they really don’t want you going there as you have to walk along the railroad tracks for most of the distance. With that being said, in 2011 (and 2012) some friends and I wanted to check it out and take pictures.
This photograph was taken in June of 2011 and is the part of the waterfall that is in the far, left-hand corner of the waterfall…it is also the most interesting part of the waterfall; the rest of the falls just end up in the river without hitting any rocks.
