Natures Plasma Ball

Nature’s Plasma Ball

While hiking in Wildwood Park last weekend I came across this plant with flowers that reminded me of caterpillars. As I was post processing, I was thinking how it looked like those plasma balls that were big back in the 80s – if you don’t want to read about it on wikipedia (where the link takes you) it was basically a clear ball, that when you put your fingers on the ball, purple “lightning” would come to the inside of the ball.
