This week, let’s give outer shells their due and focus our lenses on things that contain other things.
One day in 2010 I took a Thai cooking class in Chiang Mai. First was a trip to one of the many open-air markets where we learned about the ingredients we would be using later on. I found the markets interesting and more colorful than what I’m used to here in the United States.
